If I could offer one suggestion it would be to add a "last updated" portion and a projected time line. By that, I mean a rough idea of how long to expect for staining, packing, building, etc. With that information, it is easier to know where the furniture is in the 12 week process. I must also commend your affiliates. We were promptly notified by all parties to coordinate our delivery. The process was seamless and pleasant. We even had to change our delivery date at the last minute and we were accommodated without any difficulty. I just cannot say enough for this process!
